Have you ever considered growing a small cottage garden to have your own cut flowers? This class introduces you to planting seeds for the purpose of growing fresh flowers!

This class is taught by Melissa Scott, owner of In Bloom Flower Farm local wholesale and retail grower.

We will discuss growing locations, ground preparation, soil constituents, compost, nutrients, water carrying capacity and maintenance. We will plant seeds and send you home with a lot of cottage garden potential to design and grow your own fresh cut flowers! Light refreshments will be served.

    This ticket includes a brief introduction to the variety of plants that make wonderful cut flowers for bouquets. We will provide soil, containers, and seeds so you can start your own cottage garden!
