About the event
Help your high school student begin preparing for life beyond graduation with a practical, interactive Employability Readiness Workshop at Scott Family Farm.
Designed for homeschool students in grades 9–12, this three week series will encourage students to explore who they are, consider their goals, and begin developing the tools they will need to confidently pursue employment and future career opportunities.
About the Event
Students will participate in guided reflection, discussion, writing, and group-sharing activities designed to help them begin thinking intentionally about their future.
Each registered student will receive a copy of the Enhancing Employability Readiness workbook to use throughout the workshop and keep as a resource for continued development. Because students will complete personal reflections and begin documenting their own skills, experiences, goals, pitch, and resume information, each student must register individually and have their own workbook. The cost of the workbook is included in the registration fee.
