Join us for a hands-on herbalism class where we will create a nourishing Lactation Blend Honey Spread designed to support healthy milk production. In this workshop, we’ll combine raw honey with traditional galactagogue herbs including fenugreek, nettle, raspberry leaf, and blessed thistle—plants that have been used for generations to help encourage a strong and consistent milk supply.

This class goes beyond simply mixing ingredients. We will explore why these herbs are chosen, how they traditionally support lactation, and the gentle mechanisms through which they nourish the postpartum body. Participants will learn the herbal properties of each ingredient and how they work synergistically with honey to create a delicious and functional spread.

Each participant will prepare their own jar of Lactation Blend Honey Spread to take home, along with guidance on how to safely incorporate it into their daily routine.
