About the event
Learn the art of butter making in my 1 1/2 hour butter workshop! We’ll explore methods for churning, seasoning and shaping butter, and learn some creative ways to use flavored butter in everyday cooking.
We will make both compound (flavored) butter and save a small portion of buttermilk that we produce in the process. Of course, we’ll end the class by tasting our creations!
