About the event

Water glassing is a method of preserving eggs without refrigeration that requires no electricity. In this class we will talk about exactly what water-glassing is and is not; safety concerns; how to select the best egg for successful water-glassing; and how preserved eggs can be consumed! It is sure to be both practical and enjoyable - this is a simple class but typically has a lot of questions. We will provide light refreshments!
