The evening begins with a festive spread of appetizers, paired with handcrafted cocktails and refreshing mocktails that set the tone for a night of indulgence. You are welcome to bring your own beverages!
Your culinary journey continues with Marie's Creole cooking up iconic dishes like hearty gumbo, perfectly blackened chicken, red beans & rice and soulful collard greens, each course celebrating the rich traditions of Creole and Cajun cuisine. For a sweet finale, enjoy warm, powdered‑sugar‑dusted beignets cooked onsite that bring pure French Quarter magic to the table.
But the fun doesn’t stop with the food! Guests will enjoy a hands-on class to be announced, adding a creative, personalized twist to the festivities and giving everyone a unique keepsake to bring home.
