Lab 04 - Butterfly Garden - In this lab students will learn the favorite plant of the Monarch Butterfly and why it is so important to be on the lookout for these sojourner's! Each participant will plant their own butterfly bush to help nourish our native butterflies!

Join us in this lab as we continue to learn about "shape shifters" in nature - the Monarch Butterfly! We will study the lifecycle of butterflies and discuss the long journey of the Majestic Monarch. In addition, we will discuss which Milkweed plants are native to Georgia and plant our own butterfly bush to feed native butterflies of all types! Light refreshments will be served.
