What You'll Learn
US Constitution: Discover the original document and its significance in American history. Each student will receive a copy of the Constitution in a pamphlet format - just the facts, no opinions offered - truly just American history.
My Plate Nutrition Chart: Understand how to make healthy choices for fruits and vegetables. Learn how to choose foods that provide essential nutrition. Students will receive a hand-out and have the opportunity to taste test various whole foods.
Public Speaking Skills: Kids will practice speaking by sharing stories about their pets. Bring your well mannered pet to this class and we will teach tips & tricks for gaining confidence speaking in front of other people. Including how to introduce yourself and be concise!
A light snack will be provided. We invite you to arrive 30 minutes…
