Honey Infusions

Love all of the new gourmet honey and butter infusions?! You can make these at home!

Start with local, raw honey and add 1Tbl of saffron, pepper, vailla bean pods, or whatever thrills your culinary imagination, close the lid and set aside for 30 days. This will keep for about a year (crystallized vailla bean honey is my all time favorite to make ice cream)!!
