This educational class will guide participants though the complete process of harvesting and butchering a chicken in a respectful, humane, and practical manner. Whether you raise your own poultry, are considering starting a backyard flock, or simply want a deeper understanding of where your food comes from, this class will provide valuable skills that support greater self-reliance and food independence.
