In this class we will discuss how food plays a key role in the health of your chicken and the food quality of the eggs. We will discuss the seasons of a chickens food density requirements including when to introduce high protein, meat and alternative herbs into their diet. We will discuss basic diseases related to micronutrients, specifically electrolytes during times of stress.

We will discuss how to grow greens and sprout seeds to improve the variety of their food source! And we will bring our hens in for you to learn to handle and snuggle! A light snack will be provided.
